All bookings require a deposit of $200

Your booking is only confirmed when your deposit has been made. All rates are based on double occupancy (2 women per room) and includes fees and taxes. However, rates do not include cruise ship gratuities ($16 per person per day). If you are traveling solo, you can be paired with another guest.

Things You Should Know

What travel documents are required?

For us Citizens: U.S Passport book that is valid at least 6 months after the cruise ends. OR Official U.S. state-issued Birth Certificate and a valid Driver’s License or picture ID issued by the government.

For Non-U.S. Citizens: Non-U.S. Citizens will require a passport valid at least 6 months after the cruise ends and the necessary visa for entry into the United States.

Is there a deposit?

A non-refundable deposit of $200 will secure your reservation. Book by 11th November 2023 to receive Early Bird On Board Credit which can be used towards onboard expenses and excursions. All balances must be paid in full by 3rd February 2024.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable. Payments on your balance are only eligible for refund when cancellation of your reservation is requested on or before November 30th, 2023. After November 30th 2023, no refunds will be processed for any reason. In the rare case that this retreat is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full credit of your deposit and payments to use towards a future retreat.

Who is this cruise for?

This cruise is for women entrepreneurs with a desire to scale their business. This is an opportunity to learn, network and grow with other like-minded women.

Are there any covid requirements?

Covid-19 Vaccination is no longer required to sail on Royal Caribbean Cruises. As of September 2022, the COVID-19 testing requirement for entering The Bahamas has been eliminated. All travelers, regardless of vaccination status, are no longer required to submit to pre-travel COVID-19 testing to enter the country.

Getting to the cruise ship.

Your retreat reservation does not include air or ground transportation. The ship leaves from the Port of Miami. You can plan your own ground transportation or Royal Caribbean provides transfers from the airport to the cruise port at an additional cost. Once your reservation is booked, you will receive more information about Royal Caribbean cruise transfers in your Retreat Planning Packet.
